Order Processing
Orders are  processed within 1-3 business days and shipped in 2-6 weeks of ordering. All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada & China.

Shipping confirmation
A confirmation email is send as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.

Delivery
In some cases of delay, your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, 

Depending on your are, your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier.  Most orders are delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. A notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected if you are not home when the delivery is made.

IS MY PACKAGE BEEN SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
Confirmation emails will be sent to you once order is completed and if ready to leave our distribution center.  If you haven't received any email. please do contact support@frostgem.com immediately. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT MY TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS IT WAS DELIVERED
Frost Gem knows  how important your order is! We provide you the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We are here to assist you at our best, but Frost Gem does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Frost Gem is proud to cater customers from all over the world! USD is our default pricing on our site/checkout page. Conversion rate will depend on your issuing credit card company used on every transaction. 

It usually takes 2-6 weeks to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Frost Gem is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

 

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Please contact us immediately by email: support@frostgem.com for any cancellations and changes of your order. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).  Once our warehouses have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. 

 

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

The prices displayed on our site are mostly tax-free in US Dollars, but for some items it will be reflected at the checkout page if tax is applied.  For any taxes that your country have applied, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
