Shipping/ Return/ Tax Policy



We aim for our customer’s delight and satisfaction with our best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver daily to hundreds of customers across the world, our goal is to provide quality customer service and responsiveness.


Free Shipping on most of our items to over 200 countries around the world 


Please bear with us since our Apparels and Jewelry are Handmade.

Our Production Time, which consists of Order verification, Tailoring, Crafting, Quality Checking, and Packaging. Usually Takes 3-7 Business Days

Shipping Times:

USA: 5-20 Business days.

Rest of the world: 8-30 Business days


Tracking Number is updated usually within 5-7 Business Days.  No need to worry if your tracking number doesn't get any updates. Since few of our products ships overseas it only gets updated if it arrives in the customer destination country.

In rare cases, when we cannot provide you with the tracking number, you can avail 60 days of returning policy if the item does not arrive.

Please make sure to check your tracking number to see where your order currently is.


If the number says that you have received the order but you have not, it is most likely with your postal service.


Please consult them and revert back to us if there are any further issues.

We want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchases, if you are not happy for any reason, email your request to support@frostgem.com and return your item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for any lost return package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the return package. 

Without email notification to customer service or if 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t process any refund.


To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-returnable items:

  • Customized items (e.g. engraved items) 
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Coupon discounts


Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 3 business days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 3-20 working days to credit your account.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@frostgem.com


Taxes and Duties (if applicable)

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Frost Gem. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
